NetOnNet is an electronics store in Sweden. They wanted to start a loyalty club for their returning customers. They came to us with a problem: Create a loyalty club without any form of bonuses or discounts.
NetOnNets stores are in essence just warehouses. So the customers are missing out on some support and help that they would normally get in a electronics store. The solution was a loyalty club that gives you as the customer, ”a little more help”. NetOnNet saves your receipts automatically, 90 days return policy, a fast que to the support and a personal shopper. Furthermore the concept ”Experterna” was created. A panel of celebrity experts that produce alot of helping content in different areas of electronic categories.
The identity was created around cardboard boxes. Clear and legible typography together with simple illustrations in black and white. ”Klubbhyllan” is a swedish pun which refers both to the shelfs in a warehouse and a club.
